Once we get over our mental dilemmas it is important to keep it. Affirmations are a great way to stay clear-headed and focused.
By using affirmations you can train yourself to know that you will go through your day mentally prepared to tackle whatever you need to deal with, be more productive, and stay clear on your goals.

So, before we get into the affirmations I want to invite you to play the Reiki video below to help promote energy to facilitate in clearing the mind and helping you get focused on what you want to achieve. We suggest taking a moment for yourself, getting comfortable, closing your eyes, and meditating for the length of the video. However, it will work just as well be played in the background. To use affirmations select all, some, or one and repeat it all day as often as you need it. Really feel what you are saying until you know it as your truth.
