What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing modality that promotes relaxation, balances chakras, clear emotional blocks, clear auras, and promote healing. This Reiki distant session is designed to promote deep relaxation.

What to do:
Set the intention that you are open to receiving the healing energy of Reiki. Relax, preferable in a comfortable position. We suggest meditating, but, this is not required. You can let this play in the background even while you are working or mute the volume of the audio altogether. As long as you are open to receiving, Reiki will go where it is needed. What to expect: You may feel sleepy, emotional, hungry, thirsty, chills, hot flashes, or you may feel nothing at all. After your session, we advise drinking a glass of water and allowing yourself time to relax. Use the affirmation above all throughout the day.
